Ingredients 10 (2 tablespoons) Servings
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add green onions; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain green onions on paper towels. Spoon into medium bowl.
- 2 Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, poppy seed, onion powder and garlic powder until well blended. Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
