Shrimp & Veggie Wraps

FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard gives these wraps fabulous flavor without the guilt. Perfect for lunch or simply serve with a salad for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • Step1
  • 1/2 cup light herb cheese spread, softened
  • 2 tablespoon French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup watercress
  • 3/4 lb. large cooked shrimp
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrot

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Blend together cheese spread and mustard. Spread on tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • 2 Arrange watercress, shrimp, pepper and carrot in center of each tortilla, dividing evenly.
  • 3 Roll up tortillas tightly. Secure with toothpicks. Cut in half to serve.
