Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3/4 pound zucchini
- 3/4 pound yellow squash
- 1 med Red onion, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (19 ounce) can white cannellini beans
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 3 tablespoon French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 1/3 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oven to 400°F. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté zucchini, squash and onion for 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- 2 STIR in marinara sauce, beans, basil and mustard. Bring to a boil. Spoon into shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- 3 SPRINKLE crushed Crispy Fried Onions over vegetables. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
