  • 1 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet or wok until hot; stir-fry chicken about 5 minutes or until browned.
  • 2 ADD vegetables; stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet; cook until heated through.
  • 3 PLACE Crispy Fried Onions on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on HIGH 1 minute until golden. Sprinkle over chicken stir-fry. Serve with rice, if desired.
