Sweet Potato Bake with Crispy Caramelized Onions

  • 3 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
  • 2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 cup Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepot, bring to a boil and simmer, partially covered, 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
  • 2 MASH potatoes with butter, maple syrup, Mustard, sage and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1/2 cup Onions.
  • 3 TRANSFER to a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until hot.
  • 4 TOP with remaining Onions and bake 5 minutes or until Onions are golden.
