No BBQ is complete without this Creamy Potato Salad. Our French’s Honey Mustard gives it a sweet, zesty kick.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup French's® Honey Mustard
  • 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 large hard-cooked egg, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 BOIL potatoes with 1/2 tsp. salt in water to cover for 12 min. until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool.
  • 2 COMBINE sour cream, mustard, yogurt and 3/4 tsp. salt in large bowl. Toss in potatoes, egg (if using), celery, shallot and parsley; mix well.
  • 3 CHILL 1 hour before serving.
