- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix; toss to coat well. Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
