Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package French's® Chili-O Onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix; toss to coat well. Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  • 2 Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
