Ingredients
- 1 package (24 ounces) refrigerated prepared mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/3 cup French's® Crispy Fried Onions Seasoned Coatings Mix
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package. Transfer hot potatoes to large bowl. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and bacon. Spoon mixture into 2-quart or 8x8-inch baking dish.
- 2 Mix Crispy Fried Onion Coating Mix with melted butter in small bowl until well blended. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and topping is lightly browned.
