Easy Chicken Parmesan

A delicious baked version of chicken parmesan with onions, tomato sauce and cheese. Using FRENCH'S® FRENCH FRIED ONIONS as a breading ensures a crispy flavorful crust with the need and fuss of frying.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 3 cup (6 ounces) French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 small (5 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cups prepared marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 CRUSH Crispy Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper
  • 2 COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  • 3 BAKE at 350°F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center or till 165°F internal temperature.
  • 4 TOP each breast with 1/2 cup marinara and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Broil till bubbly under med/high about 3-5 minutes.
