  • 2 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 (10 ounce) box couscous
  • 2 med tomatoes
  • 1 1/3 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • IN MEDIUM saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in couscous. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

  • STIR in remaining ingredients except 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle remaining Onions on top.
