Ingredients
- 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup green or red bell peppers
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare pizza dough as package directs for crispier crust in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake 7 minutes or until golden brown.
- 2 HEAT 2 tbsp. oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté potatoes and peppers for 10 minutes until browned, stirring frequently. Remove potato mixture; keep warm.
- 3 SCRAMBLE eggs in remaining oil over medium heat until done, stirring occasionally.
- 4 LAYER baked pizza crust with salsa, hash brown mixture, eggs, cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Bake at 400° F for 3 minutes until cheese melts and onions are golden. Cut into squares to serve.
