Mix lamb, Worcestershire, garlic and salt; shape into 8 patties.
Grill over medium heat for 8 min. or until cooked through, turning once.
Place lamb burgers on rolls, garnishing with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with Spicy Hummus Sauce (recipe below).
