- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- For the cranberry sauce combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over on medium-high heat. Reduce to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries burst and sauce begins to thicken, stirring occasionally. Let cool to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients for the stuffing balls in a medium bowl, mix until well combined. Scoop mixture into tablespoon-size portions and roll into balls. Place on parchment lined sheet tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving with cranberry sauce.
