- Cook rigatoni pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat large skillet on medium heat. Add pancetta. Cook until crispy, about 6 to 8 minutes. Use slotted spoon to remove from pan. Place on paper towel lined plate. Set aside. Drain fat.
- Whisk milk into Seasoning Mix in skillet until well blended. Add butter.
- Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat. Toss hot cooked pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with pancetta. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
