  1. Mix Pumpkin Spice Finishing Sugar into coffee in a small pitcher or measuring cup.
  2. Place milk in large (4-cup) heat-safe measuring cup with spout. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until hot. Use a handheld milk frother to whip the milk until almost doubled in volume, moving the frother around to foam. (Alternatively, use a whisk and beat vigorously until frothy.)
  3. Divide hot coffee into 2 mugs. Add frothed milk, spooning any remaining foam over top. Top with whipped cream, if desired and sprinkle with Pumpkin Spice Finishing Sugar before serving.
