  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Peruvian Style Seasoning
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Peruvian Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Peruvian Style Seasoning
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Toss large shrimp in McCormick® Signature Seasonings Peruvian Style Seasoning and then grill until cooked through and lightly charred. Instructions

  1. For the Peruvian Green Sauce, place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. For the Peruvian Shrimp, mix oil and Peruvian Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add shrimp; toss to coat well.   
    Tip: Thread shrimp onto skewers for easier grilling. 
  3. Grill shrimp over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink and grill marks appear. 
  4. Drizzle hot cooked shrimp with Green Sauce or serve sauce on the side as a dip. Serve with yuca fries, roasted potatoes, rice or plantains, if desired.
