- For the Peruvian Green Sauce, place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For the Peruvian Shrimp, mix oil and Peruvian Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add shrimp; toss to coat well.
Tip: Thread shrimp onto skewers for easier grilling.
- Grill shrimp over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink and grill marks appear.
- Drizzle hot cooked shrimp with Green Sauce or serve sauce on the side as a dip. Serve with yuca fries, roasted potatoes, rice or plantains, if desired.
