  • 1 package McCormick® Orange Beef & Noodle Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 cups cooked lo mein, spaghetti or linguini noodles

Instructions

  1. Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir-fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
  3. Whisk sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Return beef to skillet along with noodles. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is heated through.

Test Kitchen Tips:

  • Use vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, onion, pea pods or green beans.
  • Substitute boneless chicken breast or thighs in place of the steak. Stir-fry until cooked through.
  • No noodles? Prepare as directed and serve over cooked rice, if desired.
