- Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir-fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
- Whisk sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Return beef to skillet along with noodles. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is heated through.
Test Kitchen Tips:
- Use vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, onion, pea pods or green beans.
- Substitute boneless chicken breast or thighs in place of the steak. Stir-fry until cooked through.
- No noodles? Prepare as directed and serve over cooked rice, if desired.
