- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® NashvilleHot Chicken Seasoning, divided
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 4 slices pepper Jack cheese
- 2 (8- to 10-inch) hoagie rolls, toasted
- Dill pickle slices

- Mix mayo, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of the Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning in small bowl. Cover and set aside until ready to serve. Toss chicken with oil and remaining 2 tablespoons Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning, mixing until evenly seasoned.
- Heat flat top grill on high heat. Cook peppers and onions, stirring frequently, until softened. Push to cooler area of grill. Add chicken to grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through. Toss together chicken, peppers and onions. Top with 4 slices of the cheese, then toss to mix well and melt cheese.
- Divide chicken, pepper and onion mixture into 2 portions. Open hoagie rolls and place on top of each portion. Use a large spatula to scoop and flip filling into rolls.
- Top chicken cheesesteaks with pickle slices and Nashville hot mayo mixture. Cut in half to serve.
