- Whisk milk and Sauce Mix in small saucepan until well blended.
- Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to a gentle boil. Stir in white wine. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)
- Serve over pasta, tossing to coat, if desired. Sprinkle with parsley or basil and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
