- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Apple Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Place apples, apple cider, brown sugar, lemon juice, and apple pie spice in large saucepan. Cook on medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spoon applesauce into food processor or blender container; cover. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Stir in vinegar and salt.
- Bake 1 hour or until dark brown and thickened, stirring halfway through cooking. Store in refrigerator.
