Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix melted butter, vegetable oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, tossing to coat well with cheese mixture.
- Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese mixture from bowl and press lightly to coat potatoes.
- Roast 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
