- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- Espresso Martini
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur (kahlua)
- 1 ounce cooled espresso - Substitutescold brew concentrate
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Rich Vanilla Syrup
- 3 espresso beans - Substitutescoffee beans

Instructions
- For the Syrup, mix all ingredients in a small saucepan in medium heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved. (If using vanilla bean, scrape seeds)
- Remove from heat; cool completely.
- For the Martini, fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso and 1/2 ounce of the Rich Vanilla Syrup. Shake vigorously 30 seconds to chill and mix. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans. Dust with espresso or cocoa powder to serve. Refrigerate extra syrup or use to make additional cocktails.
Tip: For a creamy version, add 1/2 to 1- ounce Irish Cream Liqueur or half-and-half to the cocktail shaker along with other ingredients before shaking.
