Place cream of coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended and smooth. Whisk in rum until well blended.
Test Kitchen Tip: If your blender container is big enough, you can add the rum right to the pitcher and blend!

Pour coquito mixture into glass bottles or large jars with lids, leaving enough space to shake and mix after chilling. Refrigerate until well chilled.

To serve, shake well to distribute spices and rum. Serve in small glasses sprinkled with additional ground cinnamon and garnished with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons McCormick® Rum Extract, if desired!
