  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar - Substitutesrice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes - Substituteschicken thighs

  1. Whisk Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar and soy sauce in small bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place chicken and remaining marinade in large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Thread onto skewers. Discard any remaining marinade.
  3. Grill kabobs over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking (internal temp. should reach 165°F).

    Grilling Tip: For Korean-style bulgogi skewers, marinate 2 lb. thinly sliced flank steak. Thread steak onto skewers and grill until desired doneness. Serve with hot cooked rice.
