  • 5 oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 medium pineapple, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • 2 cups frozen pitted cherries, thawed and patted dry - Substitutesmaraschino cherries, without stems, drained well
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

  1. Mix orange and pineapple chunks in colander placed over large bowl. Add sugar and toss to coat. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing excess juice to drain out.
  2. Gently mix whipped topping, sour cream and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add drained orange and pineapple mixture to bowl with whipped topping mixture. Stir in shredded coconut, cherries and marshmallow.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Test Kitchen Tip: For a burst of citrus flavor, add 2 peeled, sliced and chopped grapefruit and allow to mix and drain along with the oranges and pineapple.
