- 2 green onions, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

- Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well and cool slightly.
- Mix mayonnaise, celery and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with green onions and bacon. Serve at room temperature. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
