4 thin-sliced chicken breast cutlets
1/2 cup Lawry's® Crispy Chicken Seasoned Coatings Mix
1/2 cup prepared marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with Coating Mix. Place on foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. (Discard any remaining Coating Mix.)
Bake 10 minutes. Spoon marinara sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.

Test Kitchen Tip: Swap in boneless skinless chicken breast in place of the cutlets. Butterfly each piece of chicken breast, cutting all the way through to separate completely. Place each half in resealable plastic bag and pound gently with a meat mallet to desired thickness.
