- Combine sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan, heat to dissolve sugar to make a simple syrup.
- Add Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Stir-In Paste to the simple syrup, mix well.
- Combine lemon juice, simple syrup and remaining water, chill.
- Serve over ice.
