Instructions
- Mix water and granulated sugar in small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to boil. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until sugar is dissolved and mixture is slightly thickened. Stir in Lemon Paste. Cool completely.
- Fill 4 (8-ounce) glasses with ice. Add 2 tablespoons of the lemon simple syrup to each glass and top with sparkling water. Stir gently to mix. Serve immediately.
