- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Zesty Lemon Ready to Use Paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Parsley Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Chopped Chives
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- Steam or microwave the potatoes just until fork tender.
- Mix mayonnaise, Gourmet Garden Zesty Lemon Stir-In Paste, dill, Parsley Paste and Lightly Dried Chives in large bowl.
- Toss warm potatoes in dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
