- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Parsley Stir-In Paste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 pound pasta

- Combine Gourmet Garden Zesty Lemon Stir-In Paste, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, Gourmet Garden Basil Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste in a food processor and blend until roughly chopped. With motor running add olive oil; blend until smooth.
- Pan fry cubed chicken breast in olive oil; set aside.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.
- Combine chicken, pesto and pasta. Mix well and top with Parmesan cheese if desired
