  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Bourbon Chicken Flavored Rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pepper and onion stir-fry blend

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Set aside.

  • Stir water, Rice Mix, garlic powder and ginger into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

  • Stir in steak and stir-fry blend. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
