Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Set aside.
Stir water, Rice Mix, garlic powder and ginger into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in steak and stir-fry blend. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
