In a tribute to our Italian heritage, we’ve mixed rich, nutty Parmesan, garlic and ground black pepper with whole grain brown rice, white beans and kale. Try this easy 10-minute rice mix any night of the week — it makes a flavorful side dish or dinner starter.

Usage Tips

Stove Top Directions:
Mix 1 1/2 cups water and 1 Tbsp. butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil. Add rice mix. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.

For softer rice:
Simmer an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
