1 pkg. McCormick® Slow Cooker Sauce Hearty Beef Stew with Savory Herbs & Onion
2 lbs. beef stew cubes
4 cups cut-up vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and onion
1. PLACE beef and vegetables in slow cooker.
2. STIR in Sauce. Mix to coat well. Cover.
3. COOK 8 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on high. Stir before serving.
For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
Red Wine Mushroom Beef Stew: Add 2 cups each sliced mushrooms and chopped onion in place of the vegetable. Stir in ½ cup dry red wine with Sauce.
