Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 1 Ginger Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce, , divided
- 4 pineapple slices
- 4 hamburger rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX ground turkey, bell pepper, green onion and 2 tablespoons of the Stir-Fry Sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F), brushing frequently with remaining Stir-Fry Sauce. Discard any remaining Stir-Fry Sauce. Grill pineapple slices 1 minute per side or until grill marks appear. If desired, toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
- 3 Ginger Teriyaki Burgers: Prepare as directed above using ground beef.
