This single skillet braised chicken dish is sure to become a new family favorite! Simply Asia® Ramen Broth helps to create a flavorful sauce that can be served over rice or noodles.
MIX broth, honey, garlic salt and black pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Set aside. Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches; cook until golden brown on each side. Remove from skillet. Add carrots and onions to skillet; cook and stir until golden brown.
RETURN chicken to skillet. Stir in broth mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from the sauce. Slice chicken and set aside.
MIX cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water in small bowl until smooth. Add to skillet; stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat and boil 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Return sliced chicken to the sauce; stir to blend. Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
