        • Where can I find nutrition information for a Simply Asia®/Thai Kitchen® product?

Thai Kitchen® has nutrition information posted on our product pages.

        • How long are Simply Asia and Thai Kitchen Coconut products good for once opened, and how should I store?

Once opened, coconut milk/cream can be kept in the refrigerator in a sealed container for 4 days and can be frozen in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months.

        • Why is the coconut milk solidified?

Canned coconut milk naturally separates and solidifies, and it is not unusual for a can to sometimes be completely solid or have a “cottage cheese” consistency.  This is due to the high fat content of our premium coconut milk and the fact that we do not dilute our product.  Changes in temperatures during storage (both in warehouse and in the pantry) can accelerate this hardening.  Solidification of this product does not indicate that the product has spoiled.  If the product is solid when you completely remove the can’s lid, you can warm up the coconut milk to get it back into liquid form and give it a good stir.

        • What is Guar Gum and why is it in Coconut milk?

Guar gum is a natural thickener made from the guar name.

        • Is your coconut milk peanut and tree nut free?

Our coconut milk does not contain peanuts or tree nuts, except for coconut.

Our Tetra-pak Coconut Milk is processed on a line that does not have tree nuts, but tree nuts are present elsewhere in the facility. There are allergen, sanitation, and hygiene programs in place to ensure employees follow good manufacturing practices and are trained in the importance of correct labeling and the necessity of performing thorough equipment clean-up and change over procedures to minimize cross-contact of ingredients.

Our Coconut Milk in cans does not have peanuts or tree nuts on the line or in the facility.
