Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
Mix oil, vinegar and seasonings in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Toss pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving.
Only good, fresh herbs and seasoning is yours - wonderful vinaigrette. My dishes always turn out great. Add carrots and small cherry tomatoes make it better

The used to make a pasta salad vinegarette in a packet in the late 1980's. I have looked everywhere for it. I guess they do not make it any more. It was great. Just add oil, vinegar and veggies and pasta. It was always a big hit when I took it to pot lucks. I always got raves. The recipe above is just as good.

Best vinaigrette for pasta ever. The spice combo is perfect. Sub whatever short pasta and veggies you have on hand. Have made it several times and is always a hit!
