  1. Spray air fryer basket with no stick cooking spray. Preheat on 400°F. For the Cajun Dipping Sauce, mix mayo, lemon juice and Cajun Seasoning in small bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
  2. For the Sausage Balls, place flour, baking powder and Cajun Seasoning in bowl of large food processor. Pulse just until well blended. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add sausage and cheese and pulse until sausage is chopped and mixture is well blended. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in buttermilk. 
  3. Scoop mixture by the tablespoon-full and shape into balls. Working in batches as needed, place in air fryer basket in single layer. Spray lightly with no stick cooking spray. 
  4. Air Fry 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Repeat with any remaining mixture. Serve with Cajun Dipping Sauce.
