- 3/4 cup water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chiles
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Spread cream cheese in shallow baking dish. Layer with refried beans, meat mixture, green chiles and cheese.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Add desired toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or chopped green onion. Serve with tortilla chips.
