Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, divided
  • 2 eggs, divided
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons honey, divided
  • 5 1/2 teaspoons OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Beat milk, 1/4 cup (1/2) stick of the melted butter and 1 egg in bowl of stand mixer (or with electric hand mixer in large bowl) just until blended. Mix flour and yeast in separate medium bowl. Add flour mixture to milk mixture, beating on medium speed until well blended and no dry flour remains, about 1 to 2 minutes. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in warm, draft-free spot 15 minutes.
  • 2 Remove plastic wrap. Drizzle dough with 3 tablespoons of the honey and sprinkle with 4 teaspoons of the OLD BAY. Knead dough using dough hook attachment on medium speed, or by hand on a lightly greased surface just until combined and seasoning is evenly distributed. Knead dough 4 to 6 minutes longer on medium-high speed, or just until dough begins to pull away from sides of bowl. Transfer dough to large lightly greased bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rise in warm, draft free spot until almost doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • 3 Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Cut dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each piece of dough into a smooth, tight ball. Place dough balls in prepared baking pan, arranging in 4 equal rows. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand in warm, draft-free spot about 30 minutes or until risen and puffy.
  • 4 Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat remaining egg and brush tops of rolls evenly with egg mixture.
  • 5 Bake 20 minutes or until rolls are deep, golden brown on top. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Mix remaining butter, honey and OLD BAY in small bowl. Brush tops of rolls generously with honey butter mixture. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm.
