OLD BAY® Cheesesteak Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 cups thinly sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips substitution Substitutions available
    • flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Return steak to skillet. Stir in OLD BAY. Top mixture with cheese slices; let stand 1 minute until cheese is slightly melted. Stir into steak mixture until well blended.
  • 2 Spoon steak mixture onto warmed tortillas. Roll up tortillas and serve immediately.
