OLD BAY® Seasoning brings unmistakable flavor to this easy grilled pulled chicken. Shredded chicken is coated in a kicked-up tomato sauce starring GEORGES® OLD BAY® Bloody Mary Mix and served on rolls or over rice.
- 1 Combine Bloody Mary Mix and ketchup in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside. Brush chicken with oil. Sprinkle both sides evenly with OLD BAY.
- 2 Grill chicken over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from grill.
- 3 Shred chicken in large bowl using 2 forks. Add sauce; toss to coat well. Serve pulled chicken on rolls or over rice, if desired.
