Choose a smoked turkey drumstick or a ham hock to season slow-cooked hearty greens like mustard greens, turnip greens, collards or kale.
Remove stems from greens. Wash leaves thoroughly. Coarsely chop leaves. Set aside.
Mix chicken broth, water, onion, turkey drumstick, seasoned salt and garlic pepper in 6-quart saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to boil. Stir in greens. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Remove turkey drumstick. Pull meat from bone. Coarsely chop meat. Stir into greens. Cook 30 minutes longer or until greens are tender.
