Sprinkle grilled zucchini with toasted pine nuts and crumbled goat cheese for an extravagant summer vegetable dish.
This product has no significant nutritional value.
In large resealable plastic bag, pour 1/4 cup Lawry's® Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice over zucchini; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove zucchini from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil zucchini, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining Marinade, 6 minutes or until tender; coarsely chop.
Toss zucchini with pine nuts, then top with cheese.
NOTE: the picture for this recipe is entirely the wrong picture. It is not a dip. If you love zucchini, easy to fix. I made my own marinade from the given marinade ingredient list.
