INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cilantro, ground mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl
  • 2 Layer 1/2 of the potatoes in buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 of spice mixture over potatoes. Layer remaining potatoes on top. Sprinkle remaining spice mixture over all. Top with cheese. Slowly pour cream over potatoes
  • 3 Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown
