Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 10 1/2 ounce frozen shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Dijon Vinaigrette
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 IN A LARGE BOWL add the Brussels sprouts, kale, edamame, cranberries, almonds, and bacon.
  • 2 ADD the vinaigrette, salt, and pepper to taste and toss to combine everything.
  • 3 TOP with Crispy Onions if desired and serve.
