- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 cups kale leaves
- 10 1/2 ounce frozen shelled edamame
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 4 slices bacon
- Dijon Vinaigrette
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
IN A LARGE BOWL add the Brussels sprouts, kale, edamame, cranberries, almonds, and bacon.
ADD the vinaigrette, salt, and pepper to taste and toss to combine everything.
TOP with Crispy Onions if desired and serve.
