Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 8 ounce snow peas
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 8 cups mixed salad greens

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Pour 1/3 cup mustard mixture over tuna. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
- 2 REMOVE tuna from marinade. Grill tuna to desired doneness. Arrange greens, snow peas and red pepper on serving platter. Top with tuna and serve with reserved dressing.
