Asian Grilled Tuna Salad

This quick and easy main dish salad is perfect for either a weeknight meal or casual entertaining.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 8 ounce snow peas
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COMBINE orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Pour 1/3 cup mustard mixture over tuna. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
  • 2 REMOVE tuna from marinade. Grill tuna to desired doneness. Arrange greens, snow peas and red pepper on serving platter. Top with tuna and serve with reserved dressing.
