Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 ARRANGE chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Cover and cook on High 3 to 5 hours or Low 7 to 8 hours.
- 2 SHRED chicken and serve over polenta, mashed potatoes or in tortillas with shredded cheddar cheese and shredded lettuce.
