Ingredients
- 1/4 cup French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange and lime zest
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 4 (1 1/2 pounds each) red snapper fillets, about 1/2-inch thick
- 1 Salt, pepper and paprika to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Combine mayonnaise, mustard, orange and lime juices, orange and lime zest, and scallion in small bowl; set aside.
- 2 Season fish with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
- 3 Cook on a well greased grill over medium direct heat 5 minutes per side until fish is opaque in center, turning once. Serve with sauce.
